Celebrations!

              Certainly, we all are celebrating the end of this long winter and the renewal that comes with SPRING! *

              This is the season for many celebrations.  Easter and Passover are joyous holidays for families to gather together. 

              Mother’s Day and Father’s Day offer a time to celebrate beloved parents who hold families together.  **

              Tis the season for graduations — moving to the next adventure whether it is from pre-school into kindergarten or college into career and all those big transitions in between.***

              Jayne has a really clever activity this month that is perfect for all these special celebrations.  We think of cookie swaps at Christmas, but Jayne suggests sharing cookies and mini-desserts with the added bonus of having your own personalized cookie tin.

              Littles and Bigs can decorate their tins in advance or at the party.  Everyone can peruse the array of goodies and add exactly what they like  to their own container. 

              Studio Jayne just celebrated students’ musical accomplishments at their recital.  Families brought cookies and treats to share, and Jayne had a decorated and personalized tin for each student. With this “bring and share” arrangement, everyone was part of the celebration! 

               Celebrate being together! Celebrate the yummies! Celebrate the day!
