Dr. Ruddiman is a noted presence in Gifted and Talented education in New Jersey, advocating for the needs of gifted children as a consultant with school districts and presenting to parent and students groups. She serves on the advisory boards for New Jersey Future Problem Solving and New Jersey History Day and is active in training teachers and advising students for both. Her ideas and methods have been honed over decades of working with exceptional students and following their success through high school, college, and careers. She willingly shares her expertise with those who seek to provide meaningful learning experiences for gifted children.
